Why We All Should Vote and What Issue Matters Most of All
Are you prop life or pro abortion? Democrat or Republican? Are you Pro First Amendment or willing to give up free speech, for promised security? Are you Liberal or conservative? Are you PGun or are you for Gun Control. Are you for Immigration or are you against it? The list could go on for ever. But I am going to tell you none of that matters right now. The one issue that should be you driving force come Primaries and General elections this year is, "What candidates are Constitutional candidates? What candidate that I vote for will stand up for my rights to be an individual. Many of the above issues boil down to the fact that with out the Constitution you are pro nothing. It is the Constitution that first protects us from the will of a few controlling the many.

Do you really think that Congress, the Senate or the President has your best interest in mind? How many reading this are multi-millionaires? I will venture to guess very few are. So why do you think that they care about you and your needs? Congress and Senate have become and have been for some times a millionaire’s club. They control the government and by doing so they control the very laws that allow them to squeeze the lifeblood out of Americans while fattening their own pocketbooks. They even have a term for this it is Called PORK, and you and I know while the rest of us are scratching around trying to make a living and feed our families they are out vacationing, playing golf and partying with other millionaires such as Hollywood Celebrities and Rock Stars. In other words they are eating high off the hog. Problem is it is our hog and not theirs. When the Constitution for the United States was written there were term limits in Congress and the Senate. Congressmen and Senators worked for a term and then return to private sector and had to live under the laws they passed while in office. In the beginning they did not get lifelong salaries. They often traveled by train if fortunate enough to do so and by horseback or mule if not. In that time the will of the people was represented. This was because they stood up for the Constitution, they adhered to it.
Over the last several Presidencies the Senate, and the House and the Presidents have decided they did not like the Constitution. Barack Obama says the Constitution is "outdated" and "irrelevant" and should no longer be the law of the land. Did you know that for some time now if you live within 100 miles of the Ocean or within 100 Miles of the Canadian or Mexican border that you live in a Constitution free zone? Anyone inside that zone according to our current government has no Constitutional rights including people driving through. You can be arrested and your property taken and not returned and you have no legal standing on which to defend yourself. Did you know you can be arrested anywhere in the country for speaking out against the government if you are near any politician that has secret service body guards? Most people do not know you can be arrested anywhere in the country, held without being charged, denied council, tortured, beaten and be treated inhumanly, in fact you as an American Citizen have less rights than the fort hood shooter or the Boston Bombers or the terrorist that struck the World Trade Towers in New York City. No longer does the government have to honor you 4th Amendment rights concerning warrants and search and seizure. And we have let it happen. We have traded our freedoms and liberties due us under the Constitution for the United States of America.
Our first mistake was letting the politicians turn our Country into a corporation. Notice when I speak I speak of the Constitution for the United States of America not of the United States of America. That one change from a three letter word to a two letter word marks the day we no longer had a government but a corporation running this country. That is the day the Constitution began to die. All hope is not lost though. It can be brought back to life but it needs your help. If you are one of those people that say I don't vote it don't make a difference it might interest you to know that the number of people that did not vote for that reason could have changed the election even with all the voter fraud that has existed in the last two elections. If you don't vote for what you believe in, it is the same as voting against your beliefs.
You may ask why it is so important to vote for Constitutional Candidates, the answer is simple. Constitutional Candidates are fighting for you. By supporting and fighting for the Constitution they are fighting for each of us. The Constitution is more than a soon to be 298 year old piece of paper. The Constitution is as it says in its very first words, "We the People...", Constitutional Candidates are fighting for us.
I live in Jackson County, Kentucky and like you we face many choices. I know four Candidates that are going to fight for their people and the Constitution. Three I can vote for and one is running for office in Floyd County, Kentucky. The three I can vote for are, Matt Bevin who has resisted the temptation to get into a Mud Slinging Match with Mitch McConnell in the race for Senate. McConnell has held his office by intimidation and bullying and lies for over two decades. McConnell has supported all the Bail Outs in recent history if not directly, indirectly. Like in voting for cloture which allows the Senate to bypass the full process and force a vote before opposition has their full say. In doing so he has allowed laws to pass that otherwise might not have. Matt Bevin’s will fight for the Constitution and the people of Kentucky and all Americans.
The Second person I can vote for is Gerardo Serrano who is challenging incumbent Marie Raider for her seat in the House of Representatives. Rader has been a close ally of Mitch McConnell who votes along with the Good Old Boys. Gerardo Serrano will fight for the Constitution and the State of Kentucky, its residents and citizens across the nation if elected. Serrano is a new comer to National Politics who entered this race late in the game but did so because he was waiting for someone to step up and challenge Rader, but when no one did threw his hat in the ring knowing we can no longer sit by and allow this charade government to exist. Serrano decided to run out of a sense of duty to his state, his country and future generations of Kentuckians and Americans across this nation. He is also running so that his children and grandchildren and ours as well might have a future. In a recent conversation with him we talked about the wonder of growing up in the generation that he and I grew up in. It was a wonderful time, people slept with their doors unlocked, kids could play in the front yard without having to worry about being shot in a drive by shooting or kidnapped by pedophiles. Women could walk at night without having to carry mace, guns or other weapons to protect themselves. Gerardo Serrano wants to see that for future generations, so that they can marvel at their freedom, and see each new day as an opportunity not a challenge.
The third Constitutional Candidate is Denny Peyman who is running for a second term as Sheriff of Jackson County Kentucky. Sheriff Peyman sored to national acclaim as he was the first Sheriff to stand up and tell the Federal Government that they would not come into our county and enforce unconstitutional laws including gun control and confiscation. His stepping up and taking a stand has caused Sheriffs all over the country to stand up against the overreaching Federal Government and unite. His action has spurred Sheriffs and police Chiefs across the nation to form the Constitutional Sheriffs and Police Officers Association, a group that is fighting for their citizens in their counties and will lobby and resist peacefully as long as possible but will resist with force if it is necessary. These Sheriffs like Sheriff Peyman have the backing of a great many Citizens and patriot groups across the nation who are willing to stand shoulder with Oath keeping Constitutional Law men. For at least half his term Sheriff Peyman has fought corruption in Jackson County’s political arena having recently arrested the county Judge and his assistant, Sheriff Peyman continues to clean up corruption in Jackson County. The very people he is investigating have taken his budget, his deputies, and all cruiser’s, giving Peyman a crunched up old Mustang that isn’t even safe to be on the road and forcing him to use it as a cruiser. Peyman is forced to uphold the law by himself with a few volunteers. Peyman has called in auditors and this is just the beginning of cleaning up politics in Jackson County, Kentucky. While Sheriff Peyman defends the Constitution and the Bill of rights for his county and on a larger scale for this nation as he is speaking and lecturing law makers and anyone that will listen on Constitutional Law he needs our support. Jackson County residents need to support their Sheriff and re-elect him for another term.
The last candidate I want to mention is Joey Collins who is running for the Office of Sheriff of Floyd County, Kentucky. Joey when asked if he would be a constitutional Sheriff replied, “I am a Constitutional Citizen and if elect I will be a Constitutional Sheriff.” Joey Collins is a single father of three sons and a daughter. He is a man of conviction and faith that wants a future for all citizens young and old in Floyd County, Kentucky.
I am quoting Joey in the next paragraph because I think he states his concerns for Floyd County better than I could myself . It would be worth their time if Floyd County voters would visit his page at: http://joeycollinsforsheriff.net/
“As my children grow older, I am reminded of all the dangers we face as citizens of Floyd County. Drugs have overtaken the area. Cemeteries are crowded with kids that should be going to college. There seems to be no justice for these families. Crimes of theft and murder are happening at an alarming rate. Many mothers are raising children without support from dead beat fathers. This has been overlooked for far too long. Grandparents are raising their grandchildren because the parents are too strung out on drugs to care for them. (Thank God for Grandparents).” -Joey Collins-
Remember a vote for any of these Candidates is a vote for the Constitution, a vote for the people they serve and a vote for the freedoms and liberties that our founding fathers meant for us to have, a vote that so many of our moms, dads, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, grand parents, friends and loved ones have died to defend from all enemies both foreign and domestic.
Are you pro-life or pro-abortion? Democrat or Republican? Are you Pro First Amendment or willing to give up free speech, for promised security? Are you liberal or conservative?
