Sheriff Fighting for Jackson County
At home or across the country, Sheriff Peyman will fight for the Constitutional Rights of the People of Jackson County, Kentucky and Americans everywhere.
In the middle of an election most Sheriffs would stay at home to get the vote reguardless of the cost to others. Sheriff Denny Peyman is not like that. Sheriff Peyman belongs to the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association a/k/a CSPOA, a group of Sheriffs standing up against the Federal Governments tyrannic infringment of American Citizens Constitutional Rights. Sheriff Peyman realizes that while his jurisdiction ends at the county line his influnce can make the difference across the country. For that reason he goes out of town when CSPOA request his services. Sheriff Peyman knows that if the Federal covernment is allowed to infringe on the rights of a gun owner in Connecticut or a rancher in Nevada that it sets a preidence that can be used against the people of Jackson County, Ky. Sheriff Peyman is getting ready to go to Nevada for the second time in two weeks as the battle to protect a Nevada rancher continues. He realizes that it is important here at home what happens there. If the BLM can take Cliven Bundys cattle and land they will eventually do the same to cattlemen in Jackson County. So Sheriff Peyman is trying to stop it in Nevada before it ever reaches Jackson County. He is trusting that the voters of Jackson County uderstands this and realizes he is doing the right thing.
